Physician Assistant (PA)

Ronisha is a certified physician assistant licensed in Illinois, Florida, and New Jersey. She earned her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma City University and her graduate degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She has 8 years of experience working with psychiatric conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings. She has been certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) and holds a specialty certificate of added qualification (CAQ) in psychiatry. Ronisha treats adults as well as pediatric and adolescent patients for psychiatric and neurological disorders, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, dementia, bipolar, emotional disturbance, life transitions, OCD, transgender, and neuropathy. She has experience with women’s issues and feels compelled to help people facing various life transitions, including those who are high school an college students, parents, seniors, and the BIPOC and LGBTQ communities. Ronisha believes that patients should be included in the decisions about their care and will engage them with the formation of their treatment plans. She works hard to empathize with her patients, listen, and learn about their struggles and lifestyle.
