Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC, LCMHC, LPC, CAP, CPP)

Dawn is a licensed clinical mental health professional in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. Dawn earned her undergraduate degree in Human Growth and Development from Mount Vernon College/ George Washington University and her Masters's in Mental Health Counseling from NOVA Southeastern University. She is credentialed in rational emotive behavioral therapy and is certified in pet-assisted therapy.   She also has expertise working with First Responders and is a member of the National Organization for Victim Assistance (NOVA) as a First Responder. She is a certified addiction professional and certified prevention professional having significant experience with individuals struggling with co-occurring diagnoses. She’s also a certified divorce mediator. Dawn has been practicing since 2008 and has a passion for women’s mental health issues. Ms. Clark believes that our most challenging times can also be our greatest opportunity for change and growth. With the right perspective and proper non – judgmental support, difficult times can assist in the transition to build a stronger, more resilient you.  Her approach to treatment is client-centered and one based on compassion and acceptance.
